1	Depends on the product. A lot of drugstores carry high end products that are great for the hair and skin. If you're looking for makeup, Neutrogena seems to be the best inexpensive solution, along with Burt's Bees or Almay. If you want a good eyeshadow, MAC is the way to go so a department store trip might be necessary. Ulta is the slightly less expensive version of Sephora and probably the best place to find almost anything beauty wise! answered by : kadele
